BOARD STANDING COMMITTEES

Standing Board committees shall be decided at the first annual meeting and appointed by the president of the Board.

Committee action is for fact-finding, deliberative and advisory function only and not to be legislative or administrative, except as provided by proper recorded action of the Board. Ad hoc committees can be appointed by the Board as deemed necessary.
