AGENDA

The superintendent and board president will prepare an agenda, in cooperation with board members and building administrators, for each meeting.  The agenda and supporting materials will be delivered to board members at least 48 hours prior to the regular meeting. 

Those who wish to be heard or to present matters of concern to the Board are requested to contact the superintendent’s office six days prior to the meeting.  The business presented shall be included on the agenda for the convenience of the Board.

Individuals or groups often contact a single board member with issues which usually could be handled by the superintendent or principal’s office.  In those cases of apparent exception, board members will encourage the chain-of-command until the matter has been presented to the entire Board.   (See 2800.1AR)
