A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SPEARFISH SCHOOL DISTRICT 40-2, LAWRENCE
COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, WAS HELD AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE BUILDING ON THE
12TH DAY OF JULY, 2004. THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS WERE PRESENT: President Erickson,
Dunwoody, Royer, Steen, and Aaker.
All motions were passed by unanimous vote unless stated otherwise.
The Board came out of executive session at 5:02 p.m.
President Erickson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
Motion by Dunwoody, seconded by Aaker and carried.
MOVED that the School Board action of March 8th, 2004, non-renewing the contract of Jeannie Barnes is affirmed as set forth in the Board’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision dated July12th, 2004, which the Board President is hereby authorized to sign. Said document to remain part of the Board’s Hearing materials.
