Warranty Pool Information

If your laptop has accidental damange, hardware failure, or has to be sent in for repair, you will receive a temporary replacement laptop and charger (aka: warranty pool laptop) for the time being.  A help desk technician will contact you when your original laptop is ready to be picked up.  Once contacted, please return your warranty pool laptop and charger to the help desk.
