| Divisions: | Link to entry form | Roster and entry fees must be sent along with the entries and post marked no
later than March 9, 2012. If the tournament fills we will mail your check back
to you along with your notification that entries are full. Registration Fee is $150.00 per team. Every team is required to provide one
person to keep the timeclock or the scorebook. Add $5.00 for all players in
excess of 10. All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Make checks payable to the Spartan
Booster Club and mail, along with your registration form to: |

Tournament passes for the weekend are $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for school age children. Preschool children are free. This one-time fee covers the entire tournament at all locations.If a team is unable to attend due to inclement weather, you may request to have one-half of your money returned.
